Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conducting caseloads in divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership disputes, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting caseloads in Family Law, including divorce, financial remedy disputes, and civil partnership disputes.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on Family Law matters.
  • Working closely with the Family Law Team to achieve excellent client outcomes.
  • Assisting with the firm's Legal Surgery sessions and new enquiries rota.
  • Experience of legal aid work and the CCMS portal is required/preferable.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Family Law, including running your own caseload.
  • Advocacy experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Family Law and its related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Market rate salary dependent upon experience.
  • 25 days holiday per annum, bank holidays, loyalty holiday scheme, ability to buy holidays.
