Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

RBUK Legal is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their team in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial remedy disputes, and civil partnership disputes.
  • Undertake advocacy in family law cases, representing clients in court where necessary.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
  • Participate in the firm's Legal Surgery sessions, offering free advice to clients through drop-in sessions and external advice sessions with local organisations.
  • Work closely with the Family Law Team to manage new enquiries and support ongoing matters.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Family Law Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
  • Experience in managing a varied family law caseload, including financial remedy disputes.
  • Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court.
  • A proactive approach to contributing to the firm's advice sessions and community outreach programmes.
