About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Manager to lead our team at Swift House in Maidenhead. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating a thriving community of active and independent older people, where they can live their best lives in elegant private apartments with the support of a dedicated and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare of older people and manage a team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service, meeting the needs of our residents and exceeding their expectations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services and the well-being of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team and promoting the welfare of older people.
  • QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
