Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our staff lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage new starter documentation, including DBS checks and right to work documentation.
  • Process paperwork related to employment changes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal database.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR Administration role, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
