We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our busy team at Glos. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the HR department, undertaking various administrative duties and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the efficient operation of the HR department
- Undertake HR administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and reliably
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an HR Administrator or Senior HR Administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
