Liberty Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their small but perfectly formed HR department. As an HR Officer, you will be working closely with a supportive HR Manager to deliver an outstanding HR service to the business.

You will be responsible for providing a professional service to all members of staff, including providing administration support for the HR Department, assisting with recruitment and selection, overseeing the probation process, responding to HR queries, and assisting with monthly payroll and staff benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR support to the business
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
  • Overseeing the probation process for new employees
  • Responding to HR queries and providing support to staff
  • Assisting with payroll and staff benefits administration
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience and/or CIPD qualification
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
