Regional Senior Care Coordinator

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the delivery of care when on duty, contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident, and record observations on vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure.
About YouWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, and you should be willing to complete an NVQ 3. A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is also required. Ideally, you will have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
