About the Role

This is a crucial position within our hotel, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to a very high standard, paying attention to every detail.
  • Ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas.
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
