Consultant in Psychiatry of Learning Disability

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Consultant in Psychiatry of Learning Disability. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing intensive and responsive crisis resolution and home treatment to adults aged 18 and over with a functional mental health problem.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring individuals are treated in the least restrictive way possible. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to improve the quality of life for the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities- Provide intensive and responsive crisis resolution and home treatment to adults aged 18 and over with a functional mental health problem
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure individuals are treated in the least restrictive way possible
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies and organisational strategies to improve the quality of care
