About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at ME London Hotel. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage customer interactions, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of London and its attractions, with the ability to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
