About the Role

Fresenius Kabi UK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Legal and Compliance team, you will provide administrative and process-driven support to ensure the effective management of compliance and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the compliance mailbox, including monitoring and allocating work
  • Develop and manage the compliance SharePoint and Compliance and Legal self-service area
  • Support the HCP process as required by the LCO or Compliance Manager
  • Support with Business Partner Due Diligence and produce and cascade legal and compliance updates to the business
  • Manage legal spend on a tracker, sending monthly reports to the Lead Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel
  • Develop and maintain the contract register (SharePoint) for all signed documents
  • Conduct legal research tasks and present findings in a format suitable for the audience
  • Support the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel with administrative tasks, including filing, file and document organisation and management, and the development of precedents
  • Work with the LDPA and monitor and triage the data protection mailbox, responding to queries as appropriate and supporting with data protection tasks, including subject access requests
Requirements
  • Degree qualified with a relevant degree
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn and face new challenges
  • Ability to work independently but can also efficiently work in a team
