Position: Compliance Risk Manager

Are you a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance seeking to elevate your career within the pharmaceutical sector? Russell Taylor Group Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled Compliance Risk Manager to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis.


Document Oversight:
Ensure adherence to regulations and facilitate the release of final products to meet client expectations.

Quality System Oversight:
Supervise the creation and management of Quality System documentation, Risk Evaluations, and Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).

Regulatory Assistance:
Provide support in navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

Issue Management:
Conduct investigations and prepare reports for complaints and deviations.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Partner closely with Operations, New Product Development, and Quality Control to ensure product adherence to client agreements and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance Management:

Aid the Quality Assurance Manager in upholding the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain accreditations such as FDA, MHRA, GMP, and ISO9001:2015.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.

Experience Required:
At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP Quality Management framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of regulatory and validation standards in the pharmaceutical or related industries, along with experience using Q-Pulse and Microsoft Navision software.
