**Job Overview**
Mac Recruit Group is delighted to represent our client, a leading energy from waste organisation. Due to continued growth, a Safety and Compliance Manager is required to join their facility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor safety systems, procedures, and safe systems of work.
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits or licenses and interpret emissions data.
- Develop working plans and auditing.
- Implement policy and procedure to deliver a highly compliant quality-led environment with safety at its core.
- Actively monitor, maintain, and manage environments and health and safety risks assessments, SSOW, and method statements to ensure best practice and prevent incidents and accidents.
**Requirements**
- Relevant experience within a highly regulated and compliance-focused environment, although experience in an energy from waste plant would be preferred.
- IOSH/NEBOSH safety qualification (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
