Job Summary:

As a Legal and Compliance Assistant at Fresenius Kabi UK, you will provide support and assistance to the Legal and Compliance and Data Protection team. You will be responsible for managing the compliance mailbox, developing and managing the compliance SharePoint, and supporting on the HCP process. You will also be responsible for managing legal spend, developing and maintaining the contract register, and performing legal research tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the compliance mailbox, including monitoring and allocating work

• Develop and manage the compliance SharePoint and Compliance and Legal self-service area

• Support on the HCP process where required by the LCO or Compliance Manager

• Support with Business Partner Due Diligence and produce & cascade legal and compliance updates to the business

• Manage legal spend on a tracker, sending monthly reports to the Lead Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel

• Develop and maintain the contract register (SharePoint) for all signed documents

• Perform legal research tasks & present findings in a format suitable for audience

• Support the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel with administrative tasks including filing, file and document organisation and management and the development of precedents

• Work with the LDPA and monitor and triage the data protection mailbox, respond to queries as appropriate and support with data protection tasks including subject access requests

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with a relevant degree

• Self-motivated and driven to learn and face new challenges

• Ability to work independently but can also efficiently work in a team
