About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Support Worker to join our team in Bude.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes
  • Assist with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help clients maintain their independence
  • Administer medication safely and correctly
  • Support clients with complex clinical needs
  • Provide palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and dignity


Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or equivalent in caring for a loved one
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Experience with complex care is desired but not essential
