About the RoleThis is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Band 5 Trained Nurse, you will be working on a rotational basis, undertaking Early, Late, and Night duties to support 24-hour nursing care, 7 days a week.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' care needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
- Mentorship: Support pre- and post-registration students, as well as Healthcare Assistants, in their professional development, helping them to achieve their full potential.

The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
