About the Role

We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a range of needs, including washing, dressing, and bathing.
  • Offer companionship and well-being support to clients, including engaging in activities and providing emotional support.
  • Assist clients with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and meal preparation.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them on outings, shopping, or appointments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates, including £11.50 from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings & weekends, and £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
  • Consistent client interaction, with a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching.

Requirements

  • A UK driving license and a car are essential.
