We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our esteemed client, a leader in the Removals sector.

In the role of Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the clearance of household items and appliances from various international locations, ensuring that the collection and delivery processes are executed flawlessly.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating moves managed by agents and ensuring that all necessary documentation for collection and delivery is accurately issued.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Operations Specialist:

  • Communicate effectively with international agents and customs authorities regarding global operations.
  • Support the International General Manager in enhancing International operational systems.
  • Handle all invoicing tasks utilizing the company’s database.
  • Participate in meetings and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files and maintaining the in-house database.
  • Manage all shipping and airfreight paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Act at Work 1974.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate for the Logistics Operations Specialist position will possess a robust understanding of import and export processes, along with relevant industry experience.
