  • Resolve any concerns or grievances, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering robust relationships.
  • Manage the logistics of each relocation, overseeing packing, loading, transportation, and unloading processes.
  • Ensure all required customs documentation is prepared for shipping.
  • Work closely with operational and administrative teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Keep precise records of contracts, invoices, and other pertinent documents.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer support and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
