We are a leading provider of wireless CCTV solutions based in Luton, looking for a skilled Field Technician to assist with the installation and maintenance of our systems.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
  • You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and diagnosing faults in our CCTV systems, as well as providing technical support to customers.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our business by delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
What We Offer:
  • An annual starting salary of £25,000, increasing to approximately £29,000 after 6 months of training and a successful probationary period.
  • Ongoing structured internal training to develop your skills and expertise, including nationally recognized accreditations such as EUSR, PASMA, and IPAF.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare and dental care schemes, as well as a company pension scheme with employer contributions increasing with length of service.
Requirements:
  • A full clean UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations throughout the day.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to learn are also essential, as you will be learning the role from scratch and working closely with our experienced team members.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail are also required, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
