We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Co-Ordinator Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering meaningful, person-centred activity and occupation to all our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on, and delivering, high-quality meaningful activity for all residents
  • Ensuring people living with dementia enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents
  • Stimulating excellent interaction and communication between staff and residents
  • Promoting and developing mealtimes as highlights of the day
  • Creating and maintaining excellent community links

To ensure you have the confidence and skills to deliver high-quality activity and engagement to residents, you will receive individual support, guidance, and investment in your development.

We are looking for someone with a positive forward-thinking approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to enthuse and guide others. Care home experience is an advantage, as is any previous experience of providing activity or leading others. You will also need to be assertive, yet flexible.
