About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Chef to join our team at ETM Group London. As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team during the evening shift, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs to prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Manage kitchen operations during the evening shift, including inventory management, stock control, and section ordering
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a high-end chef, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
