Job SummaryWe are seeking professional and compassionate care workers to join our team in Cornwall. As a care worker with Blossom Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily assistance to customers with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Support customers with shopping and errands.
- Accompany customers to social activities and appointments.
- Prepare and assist with meal times.
- Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support.
- Offer palliative care and cancer care support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to customers.
- Full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Age 18 or above.
- Desirable: previous home care experience, although full training and induction will be provided.
