Job Summary

We are seeking professional and compassionate care workers to join our team in Cornwall. As a care worker with Blossom Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance to customers with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support customers with shopping and errands.
  • Accompany customers to social activities and appointments.
  • Prepare and assist with meal times.
  • Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support.
  • Offer palliative care and cancer care support.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to customers.
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Age 18 or above.
  • Desirable: previous home care experience, although full training and induction will be provided.
