Job Overview

As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients. With a minimum of 1 hour care visits, you will have the time to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference in their lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Companionship - providing regular and meaningful social interaction to our clients.
  • Home Help - assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework.
  • Personal Care - supporting our clients with essential tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.

Requirements

  • You will need to be caring, compassionate, and dependable.
  • You will be required to work some evenings and every other weekend. We will work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs and preferences.
  • You must reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have a valid driving licence and access to reliable transport.
