About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring they enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship - providing emotional support and engaging in activities with our clients
  • Home Help - assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework
  • Personal Care - supporting our clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work some evenings and every other weekend
  • Valid driving license and access to reliable transport
  • Resides in the UK and has the right to work in the UK
