Nursery Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Limited. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to infants and young children under the supervision of our experienced Lead teachers.

• Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with the Lead teacher and other team members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities and programs that meet the needs of children.
• Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
