About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Neilson Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across our commercial product range, working closely with our sales team to deliver expected conversion rates on select projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expected conversion rates on select projects, collaborating with the wider sales team
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects, documenting progress and activities
  • Plan and manage your diary effectively and proactively
  • Manage contractor terms and agreements, regularly reviewing levels and spend
  • Liaise with clients and handle objections professionally
  • Respond to all incoming enquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service
  • Complete weekly reporting on the CRM system
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Represent and support the business at various social and brand awareness events
  • Provide site assistance and technical training
  • Support operational departments to ensure smooth delivery and supply of your projects
