About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to join HC-One as a Professional Learning & Product Facilitator (Digital), playing a key role in enhancing the professional development and productivity of our Colleagues through comprehensive soft skills learning and development, coaching, and mentoring. As a Digital L&D Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions focused on interpersonal skills essential for successful digital programme delivery within our homes.

You will ensure consistent and impactful training delivery across our diverse workforce, supporting Colleagues with their digital journey, including digital product training/coaching and support. This position entails extensive travel to various locations with frequent overnight stays in pre-booked accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programmes.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance Colleague capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organisational success through digital platforms.

In this role, you'll equip our workforce with essential skills and competencies needed to excel in their roles and drive organisational success. You'll possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll need:

  • A PTTLS Qualification and a Coaching diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' experience of training delivery, preferably in a Health & Social Care setting.
  • Proven experience in delivering soft skills training or professional development programs.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; therefore, it's essential that you can recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns. You'll have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
