What Will You Be Doing?
As a Digital Learning Associate, you'll: * Manage our Learning Management System (LMS): Be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone platform, keeping it updated and helping colleagues use it effectively.
* Create engaging digital content: Design bespoke resources to support L&D projects and help colleagues grow their skills.
* Support leadership programmes: Help organise key initiatives like our Leading with IMPACT and CMI programmes.
* Plan key events: Take charge of events like our annual graduation and apprenticeship week, while promoting them through internal and external channels.
* Share insights: Create dashboards, reports, and visuals to showcase the success of our programmes.
* Collaborate and innovate: Work with the team to support our career framework rollout and improve the learning experience across the business.
