Well also sponsor you to complete a Digital Learning Manager apprenticeship with Apprentify, where youll gain a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design .
(Please note, youll need to live in England to qualify for the apprenticeship.)
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Digital Learning Associate, youll: Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) : Be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone platform, keeping it updated and helping colleagues use it effectively.
Create engaging digital content : Design bespoke resources to support L&D projects and help colleagues grow their skills.
Support leadership programmes : Help organise key initiatives like our Leading with IMPACT and CMI programmes.
Plan key events : Take charge of events like our annual graduation and apprenticeship week , while promoting them through internal and external channels.
Share insights : Create dashboards, reports, and visuals to showcase the success of our programmes.
Collaborate and innovate : Work with the team to support our career framework rollout and improve the learning experience across the business.
