Senior Care Professional

Norse Group is seeking a Senior Care Professional to join their team in West Norfolk on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and the care provided.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings. A full UK driving licence is required due to the travel requirements of the role.
As a Senior Care Professional at Norse Group, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and setting an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
