Job Type: Part Time
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Love Your DoorStep Limited. As a Carer's worker, you will be responsible for delivering the Carers Skills and Information Programme at various locations including hospitals, community venues, and the Enfield Carers Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to support carers in their caregiving roles.
- Carry out registrations and refer carers to relevant support services within the Enfield area.
- Raise awareness of carers' needs among hospital staff through information and training sessions.
- Enrol carers on nursing skills training sessions to prevent readmission and promote good care practice.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with carers or similar groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
