About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Client Liaison to join our team at Avison Young Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, administrative support, and coordination of various tasks related to commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily real estate administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate sales, marketing, and research support to brokers and clients
- Schedule meetings, appointments, property tours, and travel plans
- Prepare and maintain legal documents throughout the deal and due diligence process
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of business suite computer programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
