Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Elite Hotels. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise in all aspects of food and beverage service, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations: Assist the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement service standards: Work with the management team to develop and implement service standards that meet the high expectations of our guests.
  • Manage staff performance: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of service expected by the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
