Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department and senior management, working closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Marketing to drive lead generation and support various tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, including intro packages and reports to support senior management.
- Communicating with contractors and architects to identify project requirements and potential leads.
- Monitoring specifications on NBS and reaching out to project leads.
- Assisting the sales team in managing major projects and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Updating and following up on leads that have been quoted but not yet converted.
- Assisting with marketing activities to generate leads, such as website updates and company communications.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Previous lead generation and marketing experience.
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in managing priorities.
- Confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and people skills.
Benefits:
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 (DOE), 23 holiday days plus statutory holidays, and people pensions with a 4% company contribution, matched by the employee. Parking is available nearby.
