We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with our protocols and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers, HR teams, and clients, to deliver excellent service and results.
  3. Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing, to meet business needs and objectives.
  4. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior managers on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  5. Be flexible and available to work occasional evenings and out-of-hours events.
  6. A valid Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £6,000-£7,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
