The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support and companionship. They will also maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and be able to deal with challenging behaviours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from supportive and friendly working environment, opportunities for professional development and training, and regular supervisions and check-ins. You will also receive an enhanced DBS check and full training prior to commencing work with our client.
