Brain Injury Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Southport, Lancashire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to individuals with brain injuries, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in complex care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to transport clients and complete daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with personalized routines and completing daily living activities.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £16.22 per hour
