Maintenance Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Somerset area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnosis of complex issues.
  • Install and maintain electrical and electro-mechanical plant equipment.
  • Promote lean thinking and strong health and safety standards across the site.

About the Role:

  • $40,000 salary, plus double days and 25 days holiday.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 17th/18th Edition electrical certification.
  • Heavy industry background experience.
  • PLC fault finding skills and ability to input data into CMMS systems.
