Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technologist to join our team in Production. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in factory maintenance, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will be expected to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as fault finding and improving machine reliability.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure production equipment is running efficiently.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in factory maintenance.
  • Fundamental knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of production efficiency and equipment reliability.
