Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor

Location: North West - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Job Type: 4 DAY WEEK - full time salary for a 4 day week (compressed hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assessor to join our team in the North West region. As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5, including Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5
* Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
* Support, advise and motivate learners
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs

Requirements:

* Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5
* Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
* Hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level
* Must have a good level of ICT skills
* Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills
* Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
* Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
* Must be flexible with travel

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
* 4 DAY WEEK - full time salary for a 4 day week (compressed hours)
