**Position**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:Provide expert advice and support to clients setting up businesses in the health and social care sector.
- **Client Training**:Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client service provision.
- **Team Support**:Collaborate with other consultants and team members to improve our products and services.
- **Policy and Procedure Review**:Support the service document admin by reviewing and updating service-related policies and procedure templates we provide to clients.
- **Regulation Consultancy**:Offer guidance on compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
- **Audits and Action Plans**:Conduct audits and develop action plans to ensure client services meet the highest standards.
- **Document and Guide Development**: Create comprehensive service-related documents and guides to support both our clients and internal team, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in service delivery.
- **Sector Knowledge and Updates**:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health and social care sector. Provide regular updates and insights on industry changes to both clients and team members, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT.
- 5-10 years of experience in adult social care, including domiciliary care and supported living.
- Proven leadership experience in social care.
- Experience working with local authorities and commissioners.
- Expertise in care and support planning and service development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in staff and client training.
