Job Summary

The Guest Experience Expert/Front Office role at Marriott International is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to take the initiative and make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving around and taking care of guests' needs.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
