As a Regional Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This is a Bank position that requires flexibility and the ability to travel, with a focus on monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents.
  2. Monitor the delivery of care and contribute to person-centred care planning.
  3. Record observations and provide support and companionship to residents.

Requirements
  • A background in care is essential, with a good understanding of elderly care.
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be beneficial, as well as a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry.
  • A C or above in GCSE English and Maths is ideal.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
