Regional Care Associate

About the Position
Barchester Healthcare is looking for a skilled and empathetic Regional Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide cover as and when needed, including annual leave or sick leave, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius
- Assist with person-centred care planning, monitoring resident progress, and recording observations
- Support colleagues in their roles, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment
About You
To succeed in this position, you will require a good understanding of elderly care and relevant experience in the field. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be beneficial, as would excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
