Barchester Healthcare is a leading care home provider, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Care Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in relevant subjects (e.g., healthcare, social care).
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably as a Care Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
