Primary Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our partner schools in Lincolnshire. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 1/2 class.
The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills, the ability to plan engaging lessons, and a strong commitment to supporting pupil progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to a Year 1/2 class, utilizing creative resources to motivate pupils.
- Plan and prepare lessons, materials, and assessments, catering to the needs of all pupils.
- Assess and record pupils' progress, adhering to school policies.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management, adhering to school behavior policies.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (minimum).
- Additional hours may be required for meetings, inspections, and parent consultations.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Consent to a Child-Only DBS check as part of our vetting procedures.
Estimated Salary: £35,500 per year
