About the role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Transformation Specialist to lead our technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the People function. Reporting into the Head of Finance and Corporate Technology, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our core HR systems, including Workday Enterprise Management Cloud.


The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: significant experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules, report writing within Workday HCM and Power BI, previous role in a People function with successful change implementation, knowledge of Human Resource process design, and exposure to technology-enabled transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot core HR systems
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives and system roadmaps
  • Develop, analyze, and prioritize requirement specifications for developers and testers
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and system performance

About you:


Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of technology and a desire to work in technology-enabled transformation programs. Experience in leading teams through significant change is also highly valued.
