Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee a critical programme of work, focusing on the Project Delivery Organisation (PDO), which includes safety aspects, within the Nuclear Services Agreement (NSA). The role requires strong contract management expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Manage the execution and performance of the NSA contract, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the NSA Contractor, Sizewell C Delivery Programmes, and Sizewell C Design Authority, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compile and report financial and technical data, providing key insights to drive decision-making.
  • Identify and manage risks, communicate early warnings, and facilitate resolution meetings.
  • Lead contract change negotiations and support engineering teams in obtaining additional resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in major infrastructure projects, ideally within the nuclear industry.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Engineering or project management experience in the nuclear sector.
  • Understanding of EPR project design and commercial aspects of large-scale projects.
  • Prior experience with Sizewell C or Hinkley Point C projects.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
