Care Support Professional

Adept Care Homes Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at The Old Vicarage, a 44-bed residential home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield.
As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal times, and leisure activities.
- Support residents with mobility issues, using equipment as necessary.
- Encourage residents to participate in social activities, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Competitive salary up to £12.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Flexibility to choose from part-time or full-time hours, including day and night shifts.
